The Case Against Vaccine Mandates & Health Passports

The following presentation will make the case that COVID-19 vaccine mandates and health passports are morally reprehensible, unscientific, and offensive under both criminal and international law.

Any form of coercion applied to influence a medical decision is a violation of informed consent. This includes any leverage used to encourage compliance such as authority, economic coercion or conditions of employment. Bodily harm resulting from coercion meets the legal definition of ASSAULT, and if an assault is being committed against entire populations using experimental medications this qualifies as a Crime Against Humanity.

There will be criminal charges and tribunals before this is over. And no, this is not hyperbole.

We're going to outline this case in simple terms, using irrefutable evidence and the law itself. There will be no straying into conspiracy theories. Just the facts. Any investigator or prosecutor of conscience can use the facts documented here to start their own investigation, and indeed they should. However the populations who are already being subjected to these mandates don't have the luxury of waiting to find out if justice will be served. After all, some of this evidence points to government and corporate corruption that runs too deep to be extricated in many countries. So we're also going to present a strategy of non-violent, yet extremely disruptive civil disobedience that's already being used to apply pressure around the world.

We're going to speak directly to those tasked with enforcement: police, military, and frontline workers, and we're going to make an appeal to your conscience. You bear a heavy responsibility by the nature of your position and by the oath that you swore to do the right thing here. You didn't sign up to participate in a crime, but that's exactly what's going to happen unless you rise to a higher call.

We will reserve a few choice words for those issuing the orders, the CEOs, politicians and their ilk. We are serving you notice to give you one last chance to course correct. Plausible deniability is now gone. Once this evidence is in your hands you have a responsibility under law and before god to respond accordingly. Your choices, either through action or inaction will have consequences, and the role you play in this mess will be remembered.

We will end with a message to those who have already made the decision. Medical Freedom of Choice and Bodily Autonomy are your line in the sand. We must never allow fear to take root when looking at this nightmare. History doesn't have to repeat, and it won't if we each do our part. This time around our would be fascists have truly overplayed their hand. Collaborators will lose everything, hoisted by their own petard. The psychology here is key.

If you want a glimpse of what the world would look like if humanity were to allow the political and corporate ruling class have their way with us we really don't have to speculate. Just have a look at the new health passport systems rolling out in Europe and around the world. Implementation and enforcement has begun in many countries, and restrictions are tightening incrementally, though in some localities fierce resistance has forced a pause. The "authorities" are pushing forward with these measures even though the entire justification no longer makes any sense. If the vaccinated still get infected and spread the virus (and no one is denying that at this point) then the entire premise that this medical apartheid system is built upon is false. The fact that they have not course corrected in spite of this now being common knowledge shows that this was never about protecting people's health, this is a bold faced power grab with corporations, NGOs and states colluding to reshape the world.

In France you must have a valid health pass (Le Pass Sanitaire) to go into large grocery stores or shopping centers. Without the pass you can't get on trains or public transport. You can't eat inside any restaurant, bar or cafe. You can't enter theaters or attend cultural or sporting events. You can't can't even access a hospital to visit a loved one or see a doctor without the pass. Police literally patrol restaurants checking papers. Violators face fines and imprisonment more severe than the penalties for some violent crimes.

In France and Italy, which were the first in Europe to implement these systems, the protest have been massive. Unions for frontline workers and hospitals have announced indefinite strikes. Civil disobedience and boycotts are hitting where it hurts. Large grocery stores and shopping centers have sat empty since the law was passed, as have the inside dining areas of most restaurants. Almost everyone is opting to sit outside in solidarity.

Protesters have made scenes by forcing their way into stores and hospitals without the pass, boycotting businesses which willingly participate, and providing unfriendly receptions for any politician who dared show their face in public. All this was all before the harshest measures went into effect.

In the fall of 2021 employment mandates activate for all positions that have any interaction with the public. This includes police and military. Simultaneously the French government has made it clear that they're coming for the kids. All students over twelve will be subject to compulsory vaccination in schools starting in the fall. Parents have been informed that they have no right to opt out.

As virtually identical policies roll out all around the world with interoperable protocols for health passports and biometric data, a new truly global iron curtain is coming into focus. As dystopian as these developments may be, the full extent of the criminality underway can only be fully understood in the context of the bodily harm being caused.

If your only source of information is via corporate news or some algorithmically curated social media feed you might not realize that a large number of high level scientists, practicing doctors, and nurses have been speaking out against mass vaccination. We'll start with the most obvious and straight forward, delivered by an expert who cannot be smeared or written off: Professor Sir Andrew Pollard, director of the Oxford Vaccine Group:

"I think we are in a situation here with this current variant where herd immunity is not a possibility, because it still infects vaccinated individuals. And I suspect that what the virus will throw up next is a variant which is perhaps even better at transmitting in vaccinated populations. And so that's even more of a reason not to be making a vaccine program around herd immunity."

If that wasn't clear enough perhaps you should listen to Oxford Professor Sunetra Gupta as she elucidates the obvious.

"I don't think they should be forced to on the understanding... Simply because this vaccine does not prevent transmission. So if you just think of the logic of it, what is the point of requiring a vaccine to protect others if that vaccine does not durably prevent onward transmission of a virus. So I mean obviously there are all sorts of ethical and political issues surrounding this, but we can peel it right back to the logic. And the logic is simply not there. It's illogical to foist a vaccine upon people in the hope that you can reduce the transmission."

So to summarize: mass vaccination in an attempt to achieve some kind of herd immunity using a therapy that doesn't even prevent transmission or infection is illogical, and will not work. On it's face mandates will not achieve what they claim to achieve. But even if no coercive measures were being applied, to continue continue down a path of mass vaccination that includes children, before any long term studies have been completed, and when everyone can see what is happening in Israel and other countries with high rates of compliance, is ludicrous. And this is before even beginning to look at the evidence regarding the actual risk to benefit ratio.

We don't have to dig very deep to see a problem. For example we now have a study from the University of California that shows that teenage boys are 6 times more likely to suffer heart problems from COVID-19 vaccines than they are to be hospitalized from coronavirus. Then there's the question of natural immunity.

Dr. Sanjay Gupta: "There was a study that came out of Israel about natural immunity, and basically the headline was that natural immunity provides a lot of protection even better than the vaccines alone. What are people to make of that? So as we talk about vaccine mandates, I get calls all the time people say 'I've already had COVID. I'm protect and now the study says maybe even more protected than the vaccine alone'. Should they also get the vaccine. How do you make the case to them?"

Dr. Fauci: "You know that's a really good point Sanjay. I don't have a really firm answer for you on that. "

Anyone being pressured to take these treatments deserve to hear what scientists have to say about a phenomenon called ADE, but lest you doubt that this risk is common knowledge we'll let Dr. Fauci present the layman's explanation:

"The issue of safety... something that I want to make sure the American public understands. It's not only safety when you inject somebody and they get maybe an idiosyncratic reaction, they get a little allergic reaction, they get pain... There's safety associated... does the vaccine make you worse. And there are diseases in which you vaccinate someone, they get infected with what you are trying to infect them with, and you actually enhance the infection. You can get a good feel for that in animal models. So that's going to be interspersed at that the same time that we're testing. We're going to try to make sure we don't have enhancement. It's the worst possible thing you could do. Is vaccinate someone to prevent infection and actually make them worse".

Were you aware of the fact that scientists worked on a vaccine for the first version of SARS for ten years? And did you know that they all failed for the exact same reason: a phenomenon called Antibody Dependent Enhancement (or ADE) showed up in all of the animal models. When the test subjects encountered new strains of the virus they faired much worse than the unvaccinated control group. Specifically the vaccinated suffered severe hyper-inflammatory responses in the lungs.

In March of 2021 the NIH released a paper which declared that it was important to disclose to all trial subjects the fact that COVID-19 vaccines may make the disease worse. They made it clear disclosing the risk of ADE was a matter of informed consent.

So let's make sure we got this right: for ten years you tried to make a vaccine for a related corona virus but you failed because you couldn't figure out a formula that didn't make the disease worse when future variants were encountered. You knew that the signs of ADE would only show up in the long term studies. But you decided to skip that part and let the public serve as the long term test subjects instead of using rats. And yet this time around somehow, magically, every single experimental Covid vaccine released under Emergency Use Authorization is going avoid that problem? Seriously?

And we're just scratching the surface here. A growing contingent of scientists, doctors and nurses are ringing alarm bells that have direct implications for your health. Many of them are warning that not only are these policies going to fail, but they are already causing irreparable damage. These scientists have reams of data to back up these assertions. For example data acquired from Pfizer through a freedom of information act request shows that synthetic spike protein does not stay in the arm as previously believed. Instead it travels throughout the body and concentrates in various organs. Specifically they found high concentrations in the ovaries, testes, and bone marrow. It also turns out that spike protein is cytotoxic and is directly responsible for blood clots and inflammation. Putting those two pieces of information together they provide a sobering assessment of what multiple rounds of booster shots will do.

It's important to understand that the assertions made by these doctors and scientists were never debunked. They were censored. And they were censored by companies who were implementing mandates themselves. Mandate enthusiast aren't winning the argument, they're just cheating.

Some of the conflicts of interest are here are blatant. If you want an example just look at the CEO of Reuters who also sits on the board Pfizer. Or we could talk about the Facebook fact checkers who just happened to be funded by Johnson and Johnson. No way that could influence coverage right?

Those at the top knew from the very beginning that ADE was a serious risk for this kind of vaccine. They knew early on that spike protein was traveling to organs throughout the body. And it is now well established that spike protein causes blood clots, inflammation and crosses the blood brain barrier. Those who claim that synthetic spike is somehow different have yet to present any data supports that claim.

All of this information is publicly available. There is no excuse for any so called authority to claim ignorance here. Plausible deniability is gone. Keep that in mind as they continue pushing for vaccine mandates and health passports. Keep that in mind when they come for the kids.

Jake Tapper (CNN): "Now that the vaccine has full approval from the FDA (the Pfizer vaccine would you like to see it mandated for students elsewhere in the U.S.? And once it's approved for kids under twelve should it be mandated for them too?)" Dr. Fauci: "You know that a lot of people would be pushing back against that, but if you get the imprimatur about the safety and the strong benefit risk ratio for the children, when that gets established, which I believe it certainly will (by the FDA and ACIP), I believe that mandating vaccines for children to appear in school is a good idea."

This would be bad enough it a one time thing, but that's not what they have planned. Everybody's gonna need booster shots, lots of booster shots. It's gonna be like a subscription service... that you aren't allowed to cancel. Ever. But don't take my word for it I'll let Australian Health Minister Kerry Chant explain what they have in mind.

Reporter: "How important are boosters to maintaining this no lockdown plan, and how soon would we need to get them so that we can maintain these freedoms we're being promised?" Kerry Chant: "We need to get used to being vaccinated by covid vaccines for the future. I can't see that not going to be with us forever. Um, maybe in the future we can have even better vaccines and coverage across the world to achieve that. I mean, as a public health doctor you always want to have diseases go um, get totally eliminated, but that's not on the horizon in the near future. So booster doses, repeat doses will part of it. There will be different advice about different schedules which doses you get. At the moment our priority has to be getting first and second doses into people, and there will be recommendations about booster doses in the future. And I can assure you that Commonwealth government has purchased large quantities of vaccine into 2022 and this will be a regular cycle of vaccination and re-vaccination as we learn more about when immunity wanes."

But that's not all we can expect is it Mrs. Chant?

Reporter: with people going back to pubs and stuff... are exposure sites still... will they be put back in place to be listed once we are reopening, cause they're not at the moment." Kerry Chant: We will be looking at what contact tracing looks like in the new world order, yes it will be pubs and clubs and other things if we have positive case there.

So to summarize: In their new world order every man woman and child will be vaccinated regularly. You will be told which specific shots you are to take and this will change over time. But even if do you comply your every movement will be tracked and traced. You'll still have to wear masks. You'll still be put under lockdown randomly from time to time. And you will still have to contend with this virus, because none of these measures will ever stop the spread. Oh and there might be any number of permanent injuries or deaths caused by this, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. How bout that?

This reeks of corruption and evil. The average human being is not evil, but history teaches that entire nations have been hijacked by corrupt psychopaths many times before. This particular power grab happening now is only unique in its sheer scale. It is in this context that we must make an appeal to the conscience of the humans caught up in this mess.

You could put it in your own words, but it might go something like this:

Have you given any thought to the world that you are helping create here? Are you sure you know who these people are that you seem so willing to persecute? And do you actually believe history will remember you differently than apartheid supporters of the past? But perhaps most importantly — for those disconnected from their conscience — do you actually think that the idiots running this show are going to win? If so, you're gonna have a bad time.

The reason the so called "authorities" are failing so badly that even the mainstream media can't hide it anymore, and the reason that the next part of their plan is doomed to an even more spectacular failure, is because a gaggle of powerful interests got carried away by their own greed and group think. The incestuous relationship between corporations and revolving door governments spawned a poorly planned — and truly horrific — atrocity.

Group think is a powerful force. The Asch conformity experiments demonstrated that most people will follow the herd even when the herd is clearly mistaken. Solomon Asch conducted these experiments to try to understand what had happened to his family in World War II. How could a society stray so far from its morals, into blatant criminality, and genocide? The answers he found are crucial to our current predicament.

In the study, participants were shown 3 lines and were asked which one was longer. The difference between the lines was obvious, and this should have been a no brainer, but when called to answer after hearing the wrong answer repeated by the rest of the group, most of the participants (about 75%) followed the crowd and gave the wrong answer at least once, and a smaller percentage would repeat the mistaken answer consistently. It was determined that education or social status had no discernible effect on this phenomenon.

Later studies which monitored brain activity as the conformity instinct was activated established that social conformity overwrites perception at the neurological level. It literally distorts the way the brain interprets the sensory information it receives. The societal implications of this phenomenon cannot be understated.

The Asch Conformity Experiments also have a silver lining. When even one other person gave the right answer the spell was broken. Just like the story where a child points out that the emperor wears no clothes.

It has become socially acceptable to wish harm on the unvaccinated. It has become socially acceptable to call for them to be segregated from society. Corporate media and politicians encourage this behavior. Of course they do. It serves their interests. They are using you to establish a totalitarian apartheid system.

If you want a specific example just look at this headline from an article by Nick Cohen published in the Guardian: It is only a matter of time before we turn on the unvaccinated

Turn on the unvaccinated? That sounds ominous. The fact that the governments of virtually every single western nation seem to agree is even more ominous.

This is the psychology of fascism. Start by demonizing part of the population. Dehumanize them. Paint them as public enemy and call for their rights to be taken away. Little by little freedom becomes a privilege reserved obedient collaborators.

But this illusory "freedom" they offer is a bait and switch. Those who hand over their bodily autonomy in exchange for convenience will be subjected to an ever tightening matrix of control. They will be gradually conditioned to hand over every last shred of privacy and individual choice, They will be managed like cattle, stripped of their dignity and their personal power. Every aspect of their lives will be subject to the whims of petty dictators.

These health passports are modeled after the Chinese Social Credit System. The European protocol is built around a digital wallet that can later hold many other kinds of records. So when the "authorities" decide to add some new criteria to keep your freedoms (such as tax information, mandatory psychological evaluations or other forced medications...) participants will have no choice but to comply. Once you've handed over your medical freedom and bodily autonomy what's to stop some future government from mandating something even more outrageous, such as pregnancy tests, birth control, or abortions for specific demographics?

History provides so many examples of how power like this has been abused. Does humanity really have to learn this lesson the hard way? Again?

Those supporting health mandates have attempted to hold some kind of moral high ground. But their morality is cowardice and blind obedience. It is nothing to be respected.

It is those who stand for medical freedom hold the real moral high ground.Vaccine Mandates and Health passports are a fundamental violation of human rights. Specifically we can look at Part III, Article 7 of The International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights which states:

”No one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.”

Cutting people off from society, preventing them from accessing critical goods and services, or firing them from them their jobs if they don't comply is coercion, pure and simple, and coercion invalidates consent. And again under criminal law if coercion leads to bodily harm this meets the legal definition of ASSAULT. This assault is being committed against entire populations all over the world which means that crimes against humanity are currently underway.

Each and every individual ordering, implementing or enforcing these mandates is criminally liable. those coving up the crime are also liable.

We're gonna see tribunals that will make Nuremberg look like a county courthouse. International law makes it very clear that when governments violate human rights in a way that shocks the conscience, every individual in the chain of command has a responsibility to resist. Failure to do so is collaboration. It's just like being an accomplice. So to the enforcers, police, military, alphabet soup. You have a choice to make. "Just following orders" never protected anyone.

You don't actually think these haircut-in-suits are going to pull this off do you? Who, we ask, is the adult in the room here? Macron? Merkel? Draghi? Trudeau? Biden?

These aren't leaders. These are clowns, weak, despicable, corrupt clowns. They don't don't deserve your obedience. They don't deserve your respect. All they really deserve is a fair trial.

The rest of this message is for those of you who have already made the decision. You will never you will never participate in this apartheid, and you will fight for Medical Freedom of Choice, even at great sacrifice.

There are many who will fight for this freedom even if they themselves are vaccinated. In Italy protesters demonstrated this by burning their vaccination cards in an act of solidarity. Anyone who shares the strong conviction that this is a personal choice that must be free of coercion is one of us.

Apartheid is immoral and offensive to free society regardless of the criteria. Racial apartheid is wrong. Religious apartheid is wrong. Medical apartheid is also wrong. It's that simple. Any system that segregates and discriminates is illegitimate must be resisted and undermined at every turn.

If your employer issues a mandate, don't quit. Go public and rally others to apply pressure. Make them fire you. Demand that they issue your dismissal in writing. But before they do, serve them notice that their coercion meets the legal definition assault. Help them understand that any employee who suffers bodily harm as a result of these mandates has the right to file a criminal complaint. And if information is intentionally withheld from those being subjected to this coercion an honest prosecutor would probably tack on other charges. With the help of a lawyer this notice can be served officially, thereby eliminating plausible deniability. This paper trail can be weaponized over and over again.

If you see a company implementing a mandate, don't just boycott them, make it impossible for them to keep their doors open. Make scenes at their entrances. Flood their phone lines with calls. Reserve tables then cancel at the last minute and tell them why. You could also get up close and personal with the upper management and let them know exactly what you think. Make it clear that not only will you never spend another dime in any establishment that enforces this medical apartheid, you will also encourage others to do the same.

If the university you were planning to attend attempts a mandate don't just withdraw, make a nuisance yourself. If you're young, creative, and or slightly mischievous, this could be quite fun.

If your children face mandates at school don't just pull them out. Rally other parents to do the same. Organize collective homeschools even if doing so violates the laws of the country you live in. Organize your local network so that if authorities come to one home, every other family shows up in support. How many arrests do you think they will make if every time they try to come for one of you they have to contend with dozens of parents who have chained themselves together in solidarity (or any number of disruptive tactics that I'm sure you could come up with)?

Civil disobedience is often illegal, and that's kind of the point. When governments become criminal enterprises we have a moral obligation to disobey.

When facing the enforcers, face them without malice and without fear. Appeal to their inner conscience. Help them see that what they are doing is wrong. Help them understand that the honorable thing to do is to stand with the people, and that the real heroes in this story are those who have this courage to.disobey unlawful orders early, before it becomes obvious that the regime is doomed.

Never initiate violence. Get any abuses on film. Put their injustices and brutalities in public display.. The first battles are for hearts and minds. Self defense must be held back for as long as possible.

Reach out to as many officers as you can. Slip them flyers or small cards with messages and links. The police and military are the foundation of state power. The moment they turn it's game over.

It's important to recognize where this crisis is headed. Health passports at grocery stores were the canary in the coal mine. The necessities of life will be increasingly weaponized in many jurisdictions. As economic conditions tighten expect rationing to become commonplace. Reducing our dependence on the system while building local networks to replace its functions is the only sustainable path to freedom.

If at all possible get out of big cities. If you haven't already, start growing your own food. Learn to how to hunt. Learn how to fish. Practice going a day or two without eating. But most importantly learn how to calm your mind.

Fear is the first enemy. When frightened a very primitive part of our brain is activated: Fight, Flight, or Freeze. Studies have demonstrated that in this state ones ability to think rationally is greatly diminished.

This is why you should never trust anyone who tries to convince you to be afraid. The purveyors of fear and division want you dumbed down and powerless so they can have their way with you. This psychology must be countered at its root.

Fascism uses fear to gain control of societies. We must change our relationship with fear if we want to be free.

And though fear is a survival adaptation that will never go away, there is a higher adaptation; a positive form. Some people call it courage.

The courage to tell the truth even when it's not popular. The courage to put false authorities in their place. The courage disrupt psychotic conformity. The courage to take back your rights, stop asking permission, and do what needs to be done.

Fear can be contagious, but so can its antithesis.

Fascism divides people by trivial characteristics. It can be anything. Race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs. Fascists look for any angle to turn a population against itself. This time around they are using medical status, which would almost be creative if they hadn't stolen the idea from dystopian films: "Show us your health pass. Are you up to date with your shots? Curfew is 8pm. What you doing outside?"

How about this for an answer:

"No sir we've burned our papers. We will never cooperate with apartheid. And stop working for criminals. What you're doing is wrong. Aren't you ashamed?"

Where fascism divides we must unify on shared values. Fortunately we have more than enough Common Ground: We hold Medical Freedom of Choice and Bodily Autonomy sacrosanct. We hold that segregation and apartheid are evil, no if ands or buts. Coercion is wrong. Informed Consent must be respected. These are just fancy words for the rules we're supposed to learn in kindergarten. Tell the truth. Respect personal boundaries. Don't be aggressive (no biting, no hitting, no forced vaccinations). And don't exclude others that's mean.

This is the real moral high ground and we must hold it fiercely. Not just for our children and grandchildren, but for every child that will ever be born in the world were going to leave behind.

And we all leave someday. It's important to remember that. Fear loses its power with a proper understanding of death and what it really means to really live. This is what some would call spirituality, stripped down to a simple, pragmatic form. There is a calm to be found when you come to terms with the final destination. It imparts a clarity that makes you more effective, and in many situations, more likely to survive. Paradoxically, those so dedicated to a higher cause that they are willing to die for it, often beat the odds. And even if they don't. the brave only die once. Some fates are worse than death.

Courage can be cultivated, Courage can be contagious. This is how we win.
